Our clients’ challenge is to provide training for new products and services rapidly and with
uniform quality to a large group of persons in the client interface. Those to be trained are
usually located all over Finland or in a global environment.
Some of our clients have individual product launching needs while others need extensive sales
training programs. The Web provides an excellent opportunity to support face-to-face training.
As the most typical projects we produce either individual product presentations or more
comprehensive training wholes where we design the content and implementation
of multiform training together with the client.
A more extensive sales training typically contains individual personal accounts of our client’s
experts. The material may be composed of for instance a theory part and the best practices
described by the salespersons. The persons participating in the training have particularly
appreciated an opportunity to become familiar with colleagues’ work.
In addition to the production of Web content, our clients have been very pleased with
Digital Lessons’ e-Learning administration service. In that case versatile exercises are
attached to support the material, to make the learning more profound. By means of the
exercises, it is also easier to evaluate the results of the training. E-Learning makes it
possible to reduce the time spent on the actual face-to-face training, while at the same
time it is possible to focus on interactive learning and that based on solving problems.
Ready-made lectures to support client specific material
It is possible to include also ready-made Web lectures produced by Digital Lessons in
cooperation with an expert of the field in the client specific e-Learning material in a
cost effective manner. The lectures can also be linked as separate modules e.g. to the
client’s intranet. To support their use of voice, we offer those who work in customer service
the following audio lectures: ‘Bases for good voice production’ and ‘Images
aroused by sound’.
