A client has typically implemented a new information system. This system may be e.g. a
customer relationships management system, intranet, quality system, HR-system etc.
It is often very challenging to implement a new system with regard to both communicating
and training.
Communicating and training are in a key position to make the implementation succeed. By
means of the Web, it is possible to promote the implementation considerably. Typically, we
have supported the implementation of a new system in phases. Each e-Learning module will
be designed to support other communicating and face-to-face training. It is possible to link
e-Learning modules either to the client’s intranet, the LMS or directly in connection with the
new system.
A very effective way to support the implementation is to obtain the training administration
service from Digital Lessons, when the training takes place through the e-Learning environment
provided by Digital Lessons. In this case, exercises will be attached to support the training,
while the users have an opportunity to give feedback about the system.
We can consider a good client example of successful system launching a project where we
produced the e-Learning content together with the client while we trained approx. one thousand
persons by means of the Web. The overall project took about five weeks from the production
of the material to the completion of the training. The completion percentage of the course
amounted almost to 90, which means that this particular e-Learning project succeeded in
an excellent manner.
